Job Summary
Assist the cook in preparing meals that are palatable and appetizing in accordance with established portion control procedures. Set up and deliver meal trays, food carts, and other supplies to designated areas. Check diet trays before distribution and serve food in the dining room as instructed. Ensure food and supplies for the next meal are readily available. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils. Remove food trays from carts and dining rooms. Perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures. Distribute and collect menus as necessary. Complete all other duties as requested. This role requires an eighth-grade education, passing a criminal and Colorado CAPS background check, and obtaining a COVID vaccine or valid exemption.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
- COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption
