Job Summary
Perform a variety of routine kitchen tasks including food preparation/production, cleaning, serving, and cashiering while providing customer service to students and staff. Maintain and track mandatory training as required by the United States Department of Agriculture Professional Standards for State and Local School Nutrition Programs Personnel and as required by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. This role supports the Food and Nutrition Services program at Starkey Ranch K8, serving the Pasco County School District community.
Required Qualifications
- Functional skills in reading, writing, and basic mathematics
- Maintain and track mandatory training as required by United States Department of Agriculture Professional Standards for State and Local School Nutrition Programs Personnel
- Maintain and track mandatory training as required by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010
- Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening
