Food and Nutrition Services Coordinator

Coordinate and direct catering operations and events, ensuring high-quality food, service, and effective staff management. Assist with developing and testing menus based on nutritional standards and student feedback, including conducting taste tests. Maintain food quality through standardized recipes, accurate portion control, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local food safety requirements. Provide training to kitchen staff in culinary fundamentals, batch cooking, and safety protocols. This role supports the district's food and nutrition services team.
