Food and Nutrition Hospitality Associate

Conduct tray line service, host guests, manage cafeteria operations, and operate deli, cashier, salad bar, and pizza stations. Act as a runner to restock supplies and maintain cleanliness across all areas. Ensure stations are ready for operations with accuracy, speed, and urgency, including setting up the next shift. Perform daily cleaning of starter stations, refrigerators, carts, and freezers, enforcing a clean-as-you-go policy. Request two patient identifiers and assist patients with opening items. Restock condiment boxes and sanitize delivery carts. Complete all other duties and cleaning as assigned, including setting up and breaking down retail stations, dating and labeling items, and recording temperatures twice daily.
