Job Summary

Prepare and serve patient meals according to therapeutic diet orders, safety modifications, and proper identification. Record patient intakes, process floor stock orders, and deliver supplies throughout the organization. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work stations while organizing department inventory. Assist with salad preparation, dishwashing, and training on additional duties as assigned. Maintain a professional demeanor in a busy environment while supporting the Nutrition Service team. Requires regular sustained attendance, potential weekend/after-hours shifts, and on-call availability.

  • Regular and sustained attendance
  • Ability to work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts
