Job Summary
Deliver warm, welcoming service across restaurants, bars, and venues; take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments, and maintain clean tables while staying knowledgeable on menus, allergens, and daily offers. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service; handle guest inquiries, make recommendations, and promote specials and promotions; flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Parkdean Resorts offers training, wellbeing support, and employee discounts; DBS/background checks may be carried out as part of recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (desirable but not essential)
