Job Summary
Coordinate training for all new and current crew to execute friendly, enthusiastic service. Schedule training sessions and shifts, then work as a supervisor on cruises where new hires are training to ensure standards are met. Check in crew for pre-shift meetings to verify correct uniforms, provide necessary product knowledge for the menu, wine list, and drink list, and keep the team motivated. Assist with orientation, recruitment, and retention while ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and proper F&B role execution.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Understanding the ability to execute all F&B positions
- Must be highly energetic and motivating
- Maintain clean and professional standards
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks
