Job Summary
Thunderbird Fried Chicken Crew Member at Parkdean Resorts – cross-trained across cooking, taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining a spotless kitchen and restaurant. You’ll act as an ambassador for the brand, deliver hospitality to turn guests into loyal regulars, and follow Parkdean’s food safety and cleanliness procedures. Responsibilities include preparing dishes to order, using fryers to bread and fry chicken to Thunderbird standards, assisting with end-of-shift cleaning, and upholding allergen procedures and hygiene standards. The role emphasizes fast-paced, team-oriented service with a customer-focused mindset, requiring flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
