Job Summary
Thunderbird Fried Chicken Crew Member – cross-trained across cooking, taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include acting as an ambassador for the brand, welcoming guests, preparing all dishes to order, using fryers, and following Parkdean Resorts’ health and safety procedures. Opportunities to develop skills across 65 parks, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment and working weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a kitchen and confidence preparing and cooking food independently

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
