Job Summary
Assist customers with service, operate cash registers, and balance daily drawers while ensuring proper food temperatures. Clean dining areas, wash dishes, and manage trash in concession zones. Unload food supplies from trucks and support party rentals including guest check-in and cabana setup. Alert management immediately regarding suspicious individuals or cash drawer discrepancies. Must be at least 17, able to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and lift 40 pounds. Prior cash register experience and one year of customer service preferred. Current Food Handlers Card and CPR certification are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to enter information on computers
- Must comply with safety and health code standards
- Good personal hygiene
- Must wear proper uniform
Desired Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience with general preferred
