Job Summary
Lead a Target Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience commitments and maintain product freshness, inventory accuracy, pricing/signage, and promotions on the sales floor. Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly workload, supervising hourly team members, coaching and developing staff, interviewing and onboarding new hires, monitoring area metrics, ensuring food safety compliance, collaborating with store leadership, and maintaining brand standards across partnerships (e.g., Starbucks and Pizza Hut) while fostering an inclusive, safe, and productive work environment. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent; in-store leadership with variable shifts and strong guest-service focus is required.
