Food and Beverage Supervisor (Urban Coffee & The Lounge)

Lead team operations by ensuring staff collaboration, inspecting grooming and attire, and completing opening and closing duties including supply setup, equipment cleaning, and door locking. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being while completing work orders for maintenance repairs. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and employee evaluations; serve as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Adhere to all safety and security policies by reporting accidents and injuries, completing required certifications, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and identify ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
