Job Summary
Oversee food and beverage operations as F&B Supervisor at a Troon-managed property; supervise and train dining-room and kitchen staff; coordinate communications between front of house and kitchen; ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient service; manage inventories, opening/closing procedures, and staff meetings; support department manager in hiring, training, and evaluating staff; maintain guest-focused service, quality standards, and cost efficiencies across the F&B operation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven exemplary customer service skills
- 1+ years’ experience at current Club or another Troon property
- SERV Safe Certified (Food Manager & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- English proficiency for communication and manuals understanding
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to read and speak English
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
