Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily kitchen and food production operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, catering, and events; provide hands-on service during shifts; manage food quality, cost control, sanitation, and guest satisfaction; supervise and coach Food & Beverage Associates; coordinate menu production according to banquet event orders; oversee inventory, purchasing, and financial oversight; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards; foster collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house to deliver a consistent guest experience; working supervisor role with shift coverage and cross-functional coordination with hotel leadership, sales, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
