Job Summary
Supervise staff by training, scheduling, and managing daily tasks while ensuring associates have necessary tools. Actively communicate with the back of the house for smooth restaurant operations and report any safety or health concerns. Assist guests with questions, concerns, or needs and support any area of the restaurant as required. Maintain excellent relationships with staff, ensuring confidentiality at all times. The role may involve varying schedules to reflect business needs. Located at Marriott Sanibel Harbor Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Florida, this position supports our resort's dining venues including Tarpon House Restaurant, Courtside Steakhouse, and multiple bars.
Required Qualifications
