Job Summary
Forecast food and beverage revenue and expenses, identify major financial opportunities and problems, and ensure staff are trained in financial control procedures. Supervise day-to-day operations of outlets, create and distribute team schedules, and manage sanitation to comply with regulations. Assist the manager with short and long-term planning oversight for front and back-of-house activities while handling problems in stressful situations. Flexible scheduling availability based on guest occupancy, season, and staffing needs. Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
- Regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Variable scheduling availability based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors
