Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting
- Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, including cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
- Confidence managing rosters, timesheets and day-to-day operations
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Flexibility across mornings, evenings and weekends
