Job Summary
Take charge of all day-time conferencing and evening functions, ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Meet and greet event organizers, act as the primary point of contact during your shift, and liaise with the sales team to align on operational requirements. Manage rosters, maintain a clean and safe environment, and strictly adhere to workplace health and safety and cashiering policies. Protect all operating equipment and ensure superior food and beverage service standards. This part-time role involves flexible morning and weekend shifts, with a focus on maintaining harmonious team relationships and anticipating guest needs.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Full knowledge of and practice of all of the hotel's established workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S)
- Full knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage service policies and procedures
- Mature approach to work and to your colleagues
- Flexible with working hours which include morning and weekend shifts

- Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately
- Maintain your appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team
- Maintain superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests
