Food and Beverage Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate Food and Beverage service across Room Service, Mini Bar, Breakfast Room, and Meeting/Events spaces; adapt to different F&B areas to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service; engage guests to deliver personalised experiences aligned with the hotel’s Surpise and Delight culture; maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share it with the team; lead by example, motivate staff, and deliver results; require proactive communication, and capability to take room service orders over the telephone and input into Micros; strong English presentation and excellent communication skills; able to work varied shifts including weekends, early starts, and late finishes; previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is ideal; benefits include competitive salary, employee rates, complimentary stays, discounts, career development, and benefits such as pension and healthcare programs.
