Job Summary
Lead, mentor and inspire the Banquets team to deliver refined, memorable event experiences in a luxury five-star setting. Drive banquet operations, ensuring flawless service flow, banquet sequencing, and room set-ups with professional, discreet guest interactions. Oversee event execution, stock management, and VIP engagement while maintaining a high standard of personalised service. Role involves strong operational oversight, driving performance through team development, and managing a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. Must hold a current RSA certificate and full Australian working rights to work with us. This role sits within Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour and requires executive-level leadership within a luxury hospitality environment.
