Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and staff for all food and beverage departments while maintaining highest standards and efficiency. Respond to guest requests and ensure food, beverage, and service standards align with hotel requirements. Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor, and develop systems for inventory, receiving, and product costing. Monitor food quality, service levels, and cleanliness, including tabletops and side stations. Assist with hiring, training, and supervision of team members, and attend banquet events and prep meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Food and Beverage, Culinary, or related professional area
- Excellent leadership skills
