Job Summary
Food and Beverage Supervisor at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. Lead floor teams during peak services for Flaminia (Italian dining) and Acapulco ElVista (coastal Latin bar), coach waitstaff on upselling wine/beverages, manage guest interactions and complaints, coordinate with kitchen/bar for flawless execution, and provide polished table service including wine pours in a high-end dining environment.
