Create a welcoming atmosphere where every experience becomes a memorable story. This role is available as either a Bar Supervisor or Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mantra Melbourne Airport. The position requires a valid RSA or equivalent qualification and flexibility to work across different schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality and food sector
- Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings
- Flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
- Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
