Job Summary
Lead and support the Food & Beverage team in a 367-room ibis Styles Brisbane hotel, supervising daily restaurant, bar and event operations; coach, train and develop team members; manage guest feedback and rostering; ensure food safety, RSA and WHS compliance; assist with stock control and operational planning; upsell hotel F&B offerings to maximise revenue; maintain presentation across F&B areas; deliver consistent, high-quality service across all shifts; flexible across a 7-day rotating roster from 6:00am to 9:30pm; not available for sponsorship; located in Brisbane, Australia with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Valid Australian RSA
- Approved Manager Licence (RMLV) is an advantage
- Full Australian Working Rights Required - role not available for sponsorship
- Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience preferred
