Food and Beverage Stores Person

Storeperson responsible for the delivery, receipt, and meticulous handling of goods within ski-resort storerooms, including unloading and loading of delivery trucks, checking inwards goods against invoices/packing slips, and following stock count procedures. Responsibilities include stock rotation and food safety procedures, maintaining records for the Food Control Plan (cleanliness of the basement, temperature checks), assisting other areas during downtimes, cost-control awareness, and building positive supplier relationships. The role requires attention to detail, autonomous work capability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to drive in winter conditions; a NZ driver’s license is compulsory and forklift endorsement may be provided.
