Job Summary
Supervise a designated F&B Outlet shift and manage daily operations to meet performance and profit objectives. Create efficient schedules while controlling labor costs, and assist in the budget process by monitoring pars, inventory, and reporting concerns. Enforce gaming laws and regulations, ensure customer service standards, and maintain cost control methods. Support the F&B Outlet Manager with administrative duties, staff development, training programs, and performance evaluations. Manage rewards and recognition initiatives to maximize employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Ten years progressive Food & Beverage management experience
- Three years directing a multi-unit operation
- Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis
- Knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage and Casino Beverage administration
- Cost control familiarity
- Familiarity of all food and beverage services
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Ability to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving history as determined by PENN Entertainment, Inc's auto insurance carrier
- Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance
- Team Members must be drug free
