Job Summary
Provide an excellent member experience within the private lifestyle club by interacting with guests, assessing their needs, and making menu recommendations. Maintain proficiency in food and beverage menu knowledge while complying with all regulations. Set up and break down food and beverage events, ensuring punctual attendance consistent with company policies. Adapt to changing duties based on business needs. Must be at least 16 years old, able to stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires motor coordination and the ability to handle objects up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old

- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.), most of the workday
- Required to walk or stand for long periods
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more or less than 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a server/bartender is a plus
- Computer literacy - POS system knowledge
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and motivated
