Job Summary
Present menus, answer guest questions, and make recommendations while utilizing the point of sales system to place orders with the kitchen. Attend all pre-meal meetings, advise the supervisor of any complaints, and handle cash and receipts accurately at day's end. Incorporate safe work practices and food handling standards while performing side work such as delivering cups, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, and removing debris. This role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and work in warm indoor conditions near grills and fryers. Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol
