Job Summary
Aid servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items while maintaining a hospitable and cordial demeanor toward guests and coworkers. Scrape, stack, and transport dirty dishes and glassware to the galley, then clean up used tableware from guests' tables. Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all common areas. Provide guests with menu descriptions, order of service, entertainment options, and cruise route information. Assist with the warm greeting and seating of arriving guests. Work extended periods without sitting, lift heavy items, and maintain uniform and personal grooming standards. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma, minimum state age, and previous restaurant experience preferred.
