Job Summary
Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages while taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages, describe menu items including daily specials, and advise on menu selections. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and balance cash and record sales using the Aloha Point of Sale system. Address customers' complaints or concerns, present bills for various payment methods, and supervise other servers and bussing staff. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring standing for extended periods, bending, and handling heavy loads up to 9 kg. Overtime is required, and you must possess own transportation as public transit is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
