Food and Beverage Runner

Food and Beverage Runner responsibilities include assisting servers, bartenders, and members; greeting members; articulating the menu for a personalized experience; learning member preferences; ensuring dishes meet dietary requests; setting up the expediting line; maintaining and cleaning serving equipment; communicating orders to the chef; delivering food/beverages via golf cart to pool, golf course, and other club areas; stocking and maintaining golf comfort stations; performing side-work and deep cleaning; maintaining overall restaurant and back-of-house cleanliness; setting and resetting tables; polishing silverware and glassware; pre-busing and assisting servers; handling spills and breakages; working as part of a team with management and service staff; expediting orders and assisting with beverage service; following established Food & Beverage procedures; and assisting with event setup/breakdown. Competencies include attention to detail, service orientation, professionalism, integrity, communication, and teamwork. This is a full/part-time, on-site role at the club in Driggs, ID, with no travel expected.
