Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in premium hospitality environments at Flemington Racecourse, including serving guests trackside, crafting cocktails, and maintaining high service standards during the 2026 Melbourne Cup Carnival and Cox Plate. Prepare and serve beverages, share menu and wine knowledge to enhance the guest experience, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless event delivery while demonstrating confidence in discussing beverage offerings. Maintain professional and personalized service across premium dining rooms, marquees, and bars during key event dates from 24 October to 7 November 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, or premium venues
- Experience in premium dining, corporate hospitality, or high-end service environments
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Availability to work key Spring Racing Carnival event dates, including weekends and public holidays
- Key event dates include Melbourne Cup Carnival race days and Cox Plate events from 24 October to 7 November 2026
