Job Summary
Deliver exceptional dining experiences as part of a luxury hotel restaurant team in Malta; greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service, maintain cleanliness and inventory of dining resources, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to integrate dining services into the guest experience. The role requires hospitality-focused service, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor to support Forbes-standard dining operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage or similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certifications in these areas are a plus
