Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operations, ensure compliance with F&B policies and standards, manage operating budgets, and translate brand philosophy into action. Lead staffing to meet guest needs and financial objectives, monitor quality and guest satisfaction, coordinate cleaning programs, and foster a motivating, collaborative team environment while maintaining service excellence and adherence to legal obligations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
