Job Summary
Supervises daily F&B shift operation, ensures compliance with F&B policies and procedures, and maintains quality and customer satisfaction. Manages operating budget and verifies adherence to standards and legal obligations. Develops goals and plans to organize and accomplish work, supervises staffing to meet guest service and financial objectives, and fosters teamwork and brand-aligned service culture. Provides guidance, coaching, and performance management while coordinating cleaning programs, ensuring staff understands brand philosophy, and driving continuous improvement in service and operations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
