Oversee daily F&B shift operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards; manage operating budget and verify legal obligations are met; develop goals and plans to organize and accomplish work; supervise staffing levels and foster teamwork; drive exceptional guest service and service culture while maintaining brand philosophy and delivering results; provide guidance, performance coaching, and ensure open communication across the team, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
