Job Summary
Oversees daily F&B shift operations, ensures compliance with F&B policies, standards and procedures, and maintains customer satisfaction. Manages operating budgets, verifies legal obligations, and develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Requires either a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B/related fields, or a 2-year degree in related majors with 2 years of experience. Leads staffing, training, inspections, and collaboration to achieve brand standards and service culture at a Marriott International property in New Orleans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
