Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily F&B shift operations, ensure compliance with F&B policies and standards, manage operating budget and goals, supervise staffing and guest service, develop and monitor goals/plans, and foster an empowered, service-driven team culture aligned with brand service expectations. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, supervising operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating cleaning programs, coaching staff, managing budgets and payroll insights, and delivering exceptional customer service consistent with Marriott’s service culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
