Job Summary
Supervise daily Food and Beverage shift operations, monitor compliance with policies and standards, and maintain the operating budget while verifying legal obligations. Assist in ordering supplies, coordinate cleaning programs, and manage staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives. Provide guidance to subordinates, analyze performance data, and implement self-inspection programs to ensure quality and productivity. Respond promptly to guest concerns, review satisfaction results, and foster a collaborative team environment aligned with brand service culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
