Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across the museum and lead a team of supervisors, with responsibility for seasonal hiring, setting and upholding standards, training, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Drive exceptional guest experiences at every F&B touchpoint, manage disciplinary matters professionally, and maintain clean, code-compliant spaces. Lead by example with strong customer service, adaptability for a dynamic museum environment, and collaborative problem-solving to address issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in food and beverage or equivalent leadership experience in a comparable operation
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with confidence
- Excellent communication skills across guests, staff, and management
- The energy and genuine enthusiasm to lead through long, lively days in a active environment
