Job Summary
Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and financial profitability across all F&B outlets, room service, lounges, and banquets. Drive training, culture, and guest satisfaction targets while ensuring brand standard execution and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Manage payroll compilation, staff scheduling, and hiring procedures; conduct monthly beverage inventories and reconcile costs against budget. Develop promotional ideas, implement up-selling programs, and maintain purchase order vouchering. Lead the team through coaching, counseling, and discipline per company S.O.P.'s, ensuring attendance and performance align with business forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of hospitality industry and business management fields
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language, proficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess proficient computer skills including proficient knowledge of MS Office products
- Knowledge of revenue management and ability to successfully forecast business on both short-term and long-term basis
- Basic to advanced knowledge of budget development and analysis and monthly financial analysis
- Knowledge of food service regulations
- Comply with certification requirements as applicable for position to include Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid for the team
- Be familiar with the organization of the hotel and know the function of each department
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- May require nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak other languages in a multicultural work environment
- Knowledge of brand operating systems preferred
