Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all Food and Beverage outlets at Bayside Resort Golf Club, ensuring that service standards are consistently upheld. Responsibilities include engaging members, supporting FOH Managers with staff development, implementing training programs, coordinating cross-outlet service initiatives, and acting as the Director of Hospitality in their absence. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, proficiency in operational systems, and the ability to manage financial reporting and performance analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 2–4 years of relevant leadership experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience in food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, labor management, and operational systems (POS, inventory)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Professional demeanor
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in food & beverage operations within a club, resort, or upscale hospitality environment
