Job Summary
Food and Beverage Manager responsible for day-to-day operation and profitability of assigned venues at Toyota Arena. Oversees front-of-house operations, leads FOH team, manages inventory and service standards, and monitors financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences during all events. Collaborates with the venue Chef and Sales Manager to maintain appealing menus and food-cost targets, maintains compliance with sanitation and safety standards, and ensures timely repairs with facilities teams. Requires overseeing budgeted revenue, food cost, expenses, headcount, and profitability; must train and develop staff, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. Position requires Bachelor’s degree preferred, SERV Safe certification, progressive supervisory experience, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of venue or related hospitality experience
- Progressive supervisory experience required
- License/Certificate: SERV Safe / Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, food cost targets, and inventory controls
- Experience coordinating with culinary and sales teams for menu planning and guest experience
