Job Summary
Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences; oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services; drive revenue growth through menu development and marketing initiatives; monitor and control costs (labor, food, beverage) to meet financial targets; collaborate with the General Manager on operational strategies, budgets, and business plans; ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; foster a positive, professional, and engaging team culture; respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing F&B operations in hotels or restaurants
- bartending experience
- strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- passion for delivering outstanding guest service and driving team performance
