Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily F&B operations across Champions Bar, Lakeview Restaurant, and Banquets; maintains on-the-floor leadership during peak hours; coordinates banquets and in-house events with Catering; ensures guest satisfaction and adherence to Olympic Club standards; collaborates with Clubhouse Director, Executive Chef, and Catering to ensure food quality, appearance, and value; updates menus, specials, and club website; enforces health, safety, and alcohol service compliance; conducts daily pre-shift meetings, trains staff on service standards, operational updates, and menu items; assists with expediting food and managing Northstar POS for menu revisions; maintains reservations and handles member inquiries; attendance as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years supervisory/management experience in a hospitality environment
- Union experiences preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Northstar POS, Excel, and Outlook
