Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. Train and coach team members on service procedures, manage scheduling and labor levels, and monitor inventory to control costs. Handle cash and point-of-sale operations while supporting the implementation of promotions and seasonal menus. Participate in daily briefings, assist with new hire onboarding, and respond promptly to guest complaints. Requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, managerial experience, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
