Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary
Manage all F&B operations, forecast orders, and oversee staff and finance to maximize sales and revenue. Monitor food preparation, schedule deliveries, and review budgets and payroll records to ensure expenditures are authorized. Investigate customer complaints regarding food quality or service, and conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies. Train department staff, hold weekly meetings with supervisors, and maintain floor presence for sales and troubleshooting support. Comply with health, safety, and security regulations, including opening and closing duties. This role opens soon at Menlo Park Mall with training provided out of house.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 2-3 years retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years or older
- Availability for work hours between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM every day of the week
- Must have full knowledge of process for serving alcohol within the premises
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs with assistance
- Must be able to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms
- Must maintain a floor presence of at least 90% of shift
