Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service; develop and implement business plans for F&B; manage budgets, cost control, and financial objectives; lead and supervise F&B teams, drive guest satisfaction and employee engagement, and ensure compliance with food and beverage laws and brand/service culture; provide coaching, performance reviews, and strategic direction to achieve departmental goals and service standards in a Marriott hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
