Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager responsible for driving departmental sales within a Kempinski hotel, managing budgets, ensuring HACCP hygiene compliance, maintaining minimum 85% LQA scores, and leading talent development initiatives. Key duties include preparing/consolidating annual department budget and monthly income statements, conducting performance meetings, implementing a yearly marketing plan for outlets, sourcing and managing suppliers, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints promptly, coordinating with the Corporate Food & Beverage Team, and overseeing training programs and succession planning for management positions. The role requires deep knowledge of F&B products and services, strong leadership, and the ability to foster innovation and cross-hotel collaboration, with responsibilities extending to staff meetings, operational briefings with the Executive Chef, and ongoing quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years in F&B management role
- Local language – excellent oral and written skills
- French and English – excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Experience in a 5* hotel chain (preferred)
