Job Summary
Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets within a hotel setting. Develop and mentor teams to uphold top service standards, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and collaborate on menu design, promotions, and events. Responsible for budgeting, inventory, cost control, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Track record of driving revenue and delivering guest experiences
- Expertise in menu development, budgeting, and cost control
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
